International Finno-Ugric students сonference IFUSCO was first organized by students of University of Göttingen (Germany) in 1984.

In 2012, the University of Tartu in Estonia will hold XXVIII IFUSCO events. Over the history of  IFUSCO students presented their works/essays about the Finno-Ugric topics twice in Estonia: in 1990 - in Tartu and in 2000 - in Tallinn.

This conference is a forum where participants present their research to each other related to the Finno-Ugric peoples and languages.
Such experience helps novice researchers to expand their horizons in the world's Finno-Ugric Studies.

Welcome to XXVIII International Finno-Ugric Student's Converence, wich will have place in Tartu at 8-11 of May 2012.
